CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment times are specifically reserved for you so that your stylist has ample time to give you an amazing experience. If you cancel this appointment without proper notice, we miss out on an opportunity to offer this spot to another guest who may be on our waitlist.
We require a card on file to schedule all appointments. Any cancellations made without 48 hours’ notice will be charged for the services that were scheduled for that appointment. In the event of an emergency, the salon may give a salon credit as a courtesy to be used at your next appointment. This courtesy is not guaranteed.
All appointments 3 hours or more are required to pay a $100 deposit when scheduling to reserve your appointment time. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.
A 20% gratuity will be included for all services totaling $300 or more.
